Lead Pastor
Gary has been at the Baptist Tabernacle since 2018. He was a youth pastor for 8 years before joining the church. He and his wife, Alicia, have three sons. Education: B.A. in Biblical Studies; M.A. in Ministry; M.Div.

Johnny Fuller
Music Director
Johnny joined the team in 2025. He is the founder of the New Life Symphony Orchestra in Dallas. He and his wife, Crystal, have 4 children at home. Education: B.A. in Church Music; Master of Music in Orchestral Conducting
Clarence Nettles
Youth Pastor
Clarence has been with the Baptist Tabernacle since June 2021. He served as a pastoral intern before joining the church. He and his wife, Brittney, have been married for 2 years and have two children. Education: B.A. in Pastoral Theology.
Jesse Rowland
Senior Adult Pastor
Jesse has been with the Baptist Tabernacle since 2018. He was a pastor for six years and served four years in the United States Marine Corps. He and his wife, Indai, have one son. Education: B.A. in Christian Studies.
Tammy Silvestrini
Church Secretary
Tammy has been on staff since 2020. She previously worked in the aerospace industry for 20+ years. She and her husband recently moved here from California.
Jerry Schwartz
Facilities Manager
Jerry has been on staff since 2020. He previously worked as a home inspector for 20+ years. Jerry is an Army vet with 9 years of service.
Shauna Schwartz
Children's Director
Shauna joined the Baptist Tabernacle in 2020. She has 20+ years of experience in children's ministry. My husband and I are enjoying this season as empty nesters and grandparents to four grandchildren on the East Coast.
